• The drive and passion and patience to be self employed
• A strong business network coupled with exceptional business development skills
• 3 years previous experience in a third party recruitment role
• The patience and persistence to develop a recruitment desk
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to negotiate
• Committed to exceptional standards in customer service Sound computer, internet and data entry skills
• The ability to fund living expenses for 3 months
